On Tuesday, June 24th 2008 there will be a Big Human Hug around the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem. This is the second time of this exciting event. The participants of the Hug will meet at three gathering points around the walls of the Old City at 4.00p.m. and the Hug will take place between 6:00-7:30 p.m.

The aim of this event is to promote a peaceful experience, a life of freedom and joy to all people and a focus on love, respect and unity.

Last year's event drew about 2000 participants, including many groups of people from Israel and abroad.

Around 5000 people are expected to arrive to the capital to participate in this event.

A big group is expected to join from Jordan and groups from Holland, Australia, USA, Great Britain and other countries.

The event is free of charge.
