The winery was established in 2006 and it produces 60,000 bottles annually, only 20,000 of which are under the local brand name. The winery specializes in white wines. The grapes are from vineyards in various growing regions, from the Golan Heights in the north to Mitzpe Ramon in the south. The on-site visitor center offers unique foods from southern Israel, in addition to wine. Visitors can also participate in a guided tour of the winery and the pomegranate seeding plant. Visitors can also book lectures on the topic of wine. The winery organizes tours in the Yatir Forest by prior arrangement.
Every day except Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00 Visits are by prior arrangement.
