Domaine du Castel
The winery was established in 1998 and it produces around 100,000 bottles annually. The grapes are from the winery vineyards in the Judean Hills, and the wines are made from the Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec varieties. The winery visit is suitable for groups of up to 6 participants, and only after prior arrangement.

How to get there:
You can reach the winery via Road 395, which turns off Road 38 at the Eshtaol Junction. Road 38 can be accessed via Road 1 from the Shaar Hagai Junction, and from the direction of Kiryat Gat. Another route is from Jerusalem (Ein Kerem) and Mevaseret Yerushalayim via Road 395 to the winery in Moshav Ramat Raziel. From here, please ask for telephone directions from the winery staff after arranging the visit in advance.
