Gvaot Winery Ltd.
The winery was established in 2005 and it produces approximately 20,000 bottles annually. The winery is in Givat Harel, which lies above the cliffs of the Shilo Stream, 800 meters over sea level in the heart of Samaria. The grapes are from the vineyards in the Gav Hahar region, 700-900 meters above sea level, and the list of varieties includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer.

How to get there:
On Road 5, pass Ariel on the east and continue along Road 505 up until the Tapuach Junction. Now turn southwards onto Road 60 and continue to Shilo. The winery is at Givat Harel. You can also reach the winery via Road 60 from the direction of Jerusalem and southern Israel. Tourist information is available on the Binyamin tourism association website:
