Jerusalem Winyards Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd.
The winery in its present form was established in 2006, although its roots and wine making tradition are planted in pre-State of Israel Jerusalem (the Shimshon Winery). The winery produces around 2 million bottles annually and the grapes are from various regions, including Shilo, Har Bracha, Givat Nili, the Judean Lowlands etc. The wines are produced from Cabernet, Merlot, Shiraz and other varieties. The winery is kosher lemehadrin, under the supervision of Bedatz Beit Yosef and the Chabad Rabbinical Court. A visit to the winery includes a tour of the production and bottling halls and the barrels cellar. You can also visit the harvesting area by private arrangement.
Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 – 17:00 by prior arrangement.
