The winery was established in 2006 and it produces around 20,000 bottles annually. The vineyards from which the wine is made are close to the winery, and the grapes grown there are Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Barbera.
A guided tour is available at the winery and includes a tour of the wine production process and wine tasting. Vineyard tours can also be booked, including an explanation of growing methods and wine grape tastings. The winery also hosts events and group consolidation days. The winery store stocks natural pomegranate and apple juices produced in the village, in addition to wines.

How to get there:
The winery is in Moshav Safsufa (Kfar Hoshen) about 3 kilometers north of the Meron Junction. It can be reached from the direction or Karmiel or that of Tiberias and Afula via Road 85. At the Sheva Junction, turn onto Road 866 to the Meron Junction. Turn northward here, to Road 89, and continue up until the entrance to Moshav Safsufa.
The winery is also accessible from the direction of Tzfat via Road 89. Continue northwards along this road from the Meron Junction, up until Safsufa. The winery can be accessed from the direction of the northern border road, Sasa and the Hiram Junction, via Road 89 southwards.
