Nachshon Ayalon Valley Vineyards
The winery was established in 1996 and it produces 10,000 bottles annually. The winery vineyards are in the Ayalon Valley, and the wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Argaman grape varieties. There is a visitor center in the winery courtyard, suitable for groups and individuals. The visit to the winery includes a guided tour of the wine production process, a visit to an ancient winepress near the winery, estimated to be from the Second Temple period, and wine tasting. You can also order light or full meals, wine workshops and combined workshops. There is also an event and conference complex for companies and private individuals.
