Opening hours:

The visitor center is open for wine tasting during weekends, Friday and Saturday (9:00 – 18:00). For weekday visits, prior arrangement is required.  

 

How to get there:

The winery is in Moshav Ramot Naftali. It can be reached from the direction of Road 90 on the stretch between Rosh Pina and Kiryat Shemona. At the Koach Junction, turn onto Road 899 and continue until the Yesha Junction. Now turn onto Road 886 and continue until the entrance to the moshav. There is signposting to the winery from the entrance. The winery can also be accessed from the direction of Road 89 on the stretch between Meron and Tzfat. At the Ein Zeitim Junction, turn onto Road 886 and continue to the entrance of Moshav Ramot Naftali.   Tourist information is available on the website www.gogalil.org

General information:

The winery was established in 2003 and it produces 10,000 bottles annually. There is a visitor center alongside the winery, which can host up to 50 visitors at a time. There is also a wine store at the site. The vineyards are located in Kadesh valley, a unique area where quality grapes have grown since ancient times. The wine is produced from a variety of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Barbera, Petit Verdo and Malbec. The winery's visitor center offers an opportunity to sample the variety of wines and enjoy a guided tour and experience the different preparation stages of the wine.
