The winery was established in 1998 and it produces around 7,500 bottles annually. The winery building lies in the heart of the serene landscape of the Judean Hills, and the vineyards from which the wine is produced are close to the winery at 600 to 700 meters above sea level. The wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz grape varieties. A visit to the winery is suitable for both individuals and groups of up to 50 participants, and includes explanations on growing wine grapes and preparing various kinds of wine, as well as wine tastings.

How to get there:
The winery is at the entrance to Moshav Shoresh. It can be reached via Road 1 from the direction of Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. At the Shoresh (Shoeva) Intersection, turn onto Road 3955 which leads to Beit Meir and Shoresh.
