The winery was established in 1998 in Ramat Hachayal, and around 8 years later moved to its new location in Neve Michael in the Elah Valley. A large percentage of the wine is made from grapes from the vineyards owned by the winery, and is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc varieties. The visit to the winery and vineyard includes a guided tour of the wine production process and wine tastings. Groups can also book a visit including a gourmet meal on site.
By prior arrangement.
